Charli Bird does not accept refunds for change of mind. In the rare event that an item is faulty, please contact us and we will happily organise a replacement.

Please email us, specifying the fault and when the item was purchased. The item should be returned with all packaging, securely wrapped and include the original delivery slip.

Delivery Within Australia

All orders are shipped free of charge and are posted through Australia Post.  We will notify you via email when your item has been dispatched.

All our items are handmade, therefore we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 business days after receipt of payment.

International Delivery

For international delivery, please contact us and we will quote the delivery fee. Please note that international postal charges do not include any taxes and duties that may be applied by customs in the country where the order is being delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed, will remain the responsibility of the customer.

All our items come in their own individual organza bag with the gorgeous Charli Bird tag attached. Please indicate at checkout if you require the item to be gift wrapped and we will wrap it in white paper and ribbon, all ready for the lucky recipient.

To prolong the life of your Charli Bird piece, please do not wear whilst swimming or showering. Apply makeup, hairspray and perfumes before putting on your jewellery as the chemicals may damage the finish of the metal and stones.

Although we endeavour to display the colours as true to the stone as possible, we are working with natural products and there can be slight variations in colours and markings with each stone. This is part of the beauty of stone and adds to the uniqueness of each individual piece.

The order of the colours in the kids multi-coloured bracelets may vary slightly to the image displayed.

Ladies Bracelets

Our bracelets are designed as “one size fits most”.

Most bracelets are made with 10mm beads (apart from the Monte Carlo which is 6mm) and when laid out straight they measure approximately 19cms. Sometimes there can be a slight variation in the size of the beads that can equate to a slight variation in the size of the bracelet.

If you have any special requests in regards to sizing, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

Necklaces

Wooden necklaces measure approximately 100cms. This length includes the fob and dove pendant.

Suede necklaces measure 90cms. This gives you the flexibility to choose whether you want to wear the necklace long or short. This length does not include the pendant.

Stone necklaces measure approximately 85cms. This length does not include the pendant.

Kids

The girl’s bracelets are designed to fit 6 to 10 year olds.

When laid out straight they measure approximately 15.5 to 16cms.

For older girls we recommend the ladies size.
