Returns Policy

Change of Mind
We hope that you love your Charli Bird purchase.
However, in the event that you change your mind, we will happily provide a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt.
Please contact us at with your order number and purchase date to organise the return.
Any shipping costs incurred for change of mind will not be refunded.
Due to health regulations, earrings can not be returned (unless faulty).
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Faulty items
If an item is faulty, please contact us at, providing us with a photograph of the faulty item, specifying the fault, the order number and when the item was purchased. We will then happily organise a refund or replacement.
If the item is sold out and a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund on your credit card/ Paypal or a store credit to the value of the item.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If for any reason, the item you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will contact you and offer you a replacement or issue a refund via your original payment method.

Delivery Within Australia

All Australian orders are shipped free of charge and are posted through Australia Post. We will notify you via email when your item has been dispatched. Larger items such as ponchos and kaftans will be shipped with a tracking number. Smaller items will be sent via Priority Regular Post (no tracking).

Items are dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
We also offer Express Post as an option for a flat rate of $11. This option can be selected during the checkout process.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery to Canada, New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom for a flat fee of $25AUD via Australia Post.
When entering your shipping address details at checkout, select the country you wish to ship to and the postage amount will be added to your total.
Delivery times vary from country to country but generally items will be delivered in 6-10 business days after dispatch.
Please note that international postal charges do not include any taxes and duties that may be applied by customs in the country where the order is being delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed, will remain the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Please indicate in the ‘Notes’ box at checkout if you require the item to be gift wrapped.
For gift wrapping, silk scarves are popped into a white Charli Bird gift bag.
Jewellery from the ‘Forever Loved’ range comes in a small glossy black paper gift bag.
All other items will be wrapped in white gloss paper and ribbon.
A selection of gift tags and cards are available for purchase in the ‘Gift Tags & Cards’ section.
And don’t forget, we can wrap and send the item direct! Just tell us what to write on the card, enter the recipient’s details in the delivery section and we’ll send it directly to them. And of course we’ll ensure there are no prices on the item and there is no receipt!

To prolong the life of your Charli Bird jewellery, please do not wear whilst swimming or showering. Apply makeup, hairspray and perfumes before putting on your jewellery as the chemicals may damage the finish of the metal and stones.

Please follow the care instruction labels on the ponchos and scarves.

We endeavour to photograph and display our products as close to the actual colour as possible but please note that differences in computer screens may account for slight colour variations.


Our ponchos and tops are ‘one size fits most’.


Coupons or discount vouchers can not be used on sale items unless otherwise stated.
